An impressive design can increase the chances of bagging a prospective client, only if you are successful in appealing to your visitors’ senses.
Being a content developer I always have a keen eye to find contact us page designs that appeal to the eye.
Here is a list of few of them.

Anybody who has got a good taste of art is going to love this design. Chances are that you may get a few customers just because of this beautiful contact us page.

The design is full of positivity and life. There is an impressive use of design and colors. It is sure going to lift their moods and spirits and you better get prepared for answering their calls and mails.

The two people shown in the design conveys how the company is going to work in order to keep you on the top. Moreover, the design is simple and sweet. For instance, the hand drawn smiley, letter and quote sign add to the beauty of this design.

Small businesses and pro freelancers (or anyone for that matter) can also take advantage of aim & google chat widgets on their contact pages to give the user an option of a ‘live contact’.
Mark, generally business websites go for live chat installation. Perhaps live chat would be better than live contact. However suggestion welcome.
I mainly use simple contact forms, but after I studied these examples I got new ideas for my new contact pages. But it would be great if you add some more collection to your post.

Designed contact pages/forms are always a pain because styling forms is slightly different to html. These forms are really good and we will certainly check the CSS for a few tips!

thanks for the concern, I completely agree that functionality is the most vital thing for a web page. But functionality is broad term and it includes everything from navigation, usability and fonts. The browser compatibility is yet another thing which to need important consideration.
